Orders under £75 net excluding VAT will have a £7.99 (Ex Vat) or a £4:99 (Ex Vat) delivery charge according to the weight of the order.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Some parts of Scotland, Scottish Isles and ALL other Isles will incur and extra delivery charge. Please calculate the carriage in the shopping cart or contact us for exact costings.

IMPORTANT – Orders over 10 cases may also incur extra delivery charges due to the weight of the delivery. Please contact us to check or we will contact you before dispatching any order.

To pay by Credit card please choose the option pay by PayPal (You do not need a PayPal account).

You will then be taken to the PayPal login page but there will be a large button at the bottom highlighted saying …. “Pay By Debit or Credit Card” ….

Click on this button and you will be able to make your payment by credit card.

Bank Transfer
To pay by Bank Transfer you will have to authorise your bank to send the payment to our bank account. We DO NOT take any customer Bank Details. Our account details will be on the order confirmation that you will receive after placing your order.

On most Scottish Fine Soaps products we allow the back ordering of products as we have regular deliveries of products. Your order will be dispatched as soon as the stock arrives into the warehouse.

We aim for a 24-72 hour delivery . Most orders with the standard delivery option are dispatched on a next day delivery normally the next day after the order is placed, but stock moves fast and we are governed by manufacturers deliveries. We will contact you to inform you if there are any anomalies for delivery or stock levels.

We keep all packaging to a minimum. All our boxes are reused or new and recyclable. Due to the weight of some products we may add protective padding to protect the product. This is normally RECYCLED pallet wrap which we collect from companies and reuse, which helps the environment. We DO NOT use new pallet wrap.
